Dr. Russell provides individual counseling services to children, teens, and adults. Together, you will meet your goals to clear problem such as: depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, behavior problems, anger, guilt, shame, relationship issues, dissociative disorders (including DID), eating disorders, substance abuse, and other mental health problems.

Couples and family counseling services are provided as well to help couples meet their goals to: improve communication, heal from infidelity or addiction problems, clear behavior problems, enjoy a more passionate relationship, and co parent more compatibly.

Dr. Russell has a special interest in Trauma Resolution. Dr. Russell uses highly effective treatment modalities such as Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), and Eye Movement Desensitizing Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) to help participants move past traumatic past experiences and live free from distressful preoccupation and symptoms. Dr. Russell treats Veterans, First Responders, and abuse & sexual assault survivors of all ages- all whom greatly benefit from these types of interventions.

Forensic Clinical Counseling

Dr. Russell provides Neutral Facilitation in the Collaborative Divorce process; in a Mental Health co-Facilitator capacity, or in a Primary Facilitation role.

Dr. Russell also provides Specialized Family Therapy services , such as parent child reunification counseling following situations of parental alienation, parent deployment or incarceration, or child home removal or shelter care.

She is a Clinically Certified Forensic Counselor, Clinically Certified Domestic Violence Counselor , and Certified Sex Offender Treatment Specialist.

Substance Abuse Services

Alcohol and drug abuse is a serious health issue and is often a significant factor in legal, relationship, family, and occupational problems. To assist clients in recovery from substance abuse problems, Dr. Russell currently provides:

Substance Abuse Evaluations

Admission facilitation to detox or inpatient programs when needed.

Relapse Prevention Treatment
